Screen Shots
The following are some screen shots from within the MyTeacherHelper.com Teacher’s site. Under the images you will find a brief explanation of the screen shot and what you can do from that screen:

Student Roster Screen: This screen is found when you click on the “list/mod pw/enroll” link for one of your classes. From this screen, you can; generate the username/password list to print out for you student, send messages to your students by clicking of the icon, see the last time one of your students has logged in, view your students username/password, change a student’s password, or remove a student from your class.

Assignment Listing Screen- You can get to this screen by clicking on the “Total Active Assignments” link for the classroom. It lists all of the assignments given to theclass as well as; the type of the assignment, the start date, and the due date. You can also extend the due date or delete the assignment from this screen.

Assignment Statics: You will get this screen if you click on the name of the assignment from the “Assignment Listings” screen. This is the page where; you can get a listing of the student’s grades when they are complete, check the status of those whoe have started or completed the examine, review statistcs about the quiz as well as see what questions are answered correct or wrong the most, find the average score, and override the computer grading.

Overriding the computer grading: This screen is accessed from the “Assignment Statistics” screen. Here, you can change the score and/or leave comments for the student about the question. You will have to access this screen if you have used questions that are not T/F or Multiple Choice. The MyTeacherHelper.com system does not grade anyof the other question types. All questions for the quiz will be listed on this screen.

Quiz Editor Listing: You will get this screen when you click on the Add/Edit quizes from the Quiz Helper screen. Here you can; add a new quiz, edit a quiz, modify questions for the quiz, print a hard copy of the quiz (for students who don’t have a computer or cannot take the quiz on-line), or delete a quiz.

Quiz Question List: You will get this screen if you click on the “Quiz List” icon from the quiz listing screen. On this screen you can; add a new question, edit an existing question, preview the question (simulates what the student will see), or delete the question from the quiz. Note: Every question you add is also placed in your Quiz Bank so that you can use the question over again later; however, if you change a question in a quiz, it will update the question in the Quiz Bank as well.

Quiz Question Editor: This is the screen you get when you add or edit a question. On MyTeacherHelper.com you can have the following types of questions; True or False, Multiple Choice, Fill-In, Short Answer, or Essay. This screen will change (the options for the question) based on the type of question that you select. The total points for a quiz will be calculated for you based on teh Possible Points value of all of the questions within a quiz.

The Question Bank: This is the respository for all of you questions that you can use within assignments. When you add a question while creating a quiz, it is also stored here so that you can use it later. You can also add a question in the Question Bank directly; however, the question bank will not store the “Points Value” for the question, you assign this when you use the question within a quiz. From this screen you can; add a new question, preview the question, edit the question (will change it on existing quizzes), delete a question, and share a question (send the question to another user of MyTeacherHelper.com).

Media Selection Pop-Up Screen: This is the screen that you will get while editing a question if you click on the “select” link next to any field that asks for media. It is optional to use media as part of the question or answer. From this pop-up, you can select an existing image you have previously used or upload a new image. Once you upload a new image it is placed in your “Media Bank”.

Media Editor Screen: This is the main screen for your “Media Bank”. Here you can upload a new picture to use in later assigments or delete an image from your “Media Bank”. Please note that if you delete a media image that is currently being used in a quiz, then the quiz will show a red X where the picture should appear.
